Leaving/Sailing Manana
We are planning on leaving Roatan tomorrow if the winds and waves are good, but we have no compunction on bailing if things don't look favorable. It is only 120 miles to Placencia, Belize, but if the waves are square that's no fun. We will stay in Belize about a week and then on to Isla Mujeres to wait for a window across to Florida. We´re getting excited about getting back to the states. I´m dreaming Burger King dreams in between Krispy Kremes.

We will be leaving for Belize tomorrow; we are all
checked out of Honduras, so wind and waves allowing
tomorrow we will be headed for Placencia, Belize and
up the Inner Channel. We will not spend much time there, but
it will be totally on the hook. No marinas are planned until
we get to Isla Mujeres, Mexico.Will let you know when we have the hook down in Belize.
It should be a 24 hour crossing.
